A log is a traditional building material made from whole timber trunks. Only straight, high-quality trunks are selected, and each log is notched so they can be stacked securely to form walls. We use two types of logs: the non-settling ProLog® CLT log and traditional laminated logs, with corner styles and log sizes chosen to suit each project.
Log houses are naturally comfortable and healthy to live in. Wood stores and releases heat and moisture evenly, creating a pleasant indoor climate. Wooden surfaces feel warmer than hard materials, so indoor temperatures can be kept slightly lower. Log homes blend beautifully with nature, work well in modern neighborhoods, and are an ecological choice, using minimal non-renewable resources.

Our logs come from slowly grown, tight-grained Finnish spruce or pine from the clean forests of Kainuu, rich in heartwood. All logs are PEFC-certified, guaranteeing sustainable forestry practices.
